Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management System: Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure all products meet required specifications and regulatory standards.
- Testing and Inspection: Oversee testing and inspection protocols for raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in quality processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality awareness.
- Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and quality metrics to address issues and enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes, audits, and corrective actions for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Cross-functional collaboration:



Collaborate with production, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure quality goals and standards alignment.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline from CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology) or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing sector, preferably in the plastics industry.
- Certifications: ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management certifications are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in quality management tools and techniques, including Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and root cause analysis.
- Soft Skills: Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
