The AIN Learning Delivery Lead provides site leadership for Amgen R&D;/OCMO’s Learning Delivery Center of Excellence in India. This role manages a team responsible for executing onboarding, logistics, content operations,



and learning delivery activities that support R&D; and OCMO functions globally. The Sr. Manager ensures delivery excellence, adherence to SLAs, and integration with global learning strategies defined by Learning Business Partners and Learning Professionals. This role drives standardization, automation, and operational efficiency through AI-enabled tools, preventing duplication of effort across functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the AIN Learning Delivery team to execute onboarding, learning operations, content management, and reporting in alignment with global learning plans
- Establish intake, governance, and SLA management processes to ensure high-quality, timely delivery across supported functions
- Manage resource planning, workload prioritization, and vendor engagement for AIN-based delivery activities
- Partner with global Learning Business Partners (LBPs) and Learning Architects (LAs) to align execution with strategic learning objectives
