Operations Analyst – MDM

Job Description:

The Operations Analyst is responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and
processing functional requests related to kit closures (SPT/Dynacor), Component
setup and ECN/OCN bulk submissions. This role supports the accuracy and
efficiency of Medline’s kit building and manufacturing operations within the
ERP system (AS400).

Required Skills:

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Must be able to cater tasks in challenging environments & deliver
efficiency

· Must be detail-oriented with solid analytical skills

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required

· Very organized in both file and data management

· Excellent follow-up skills are required

· Must demonstrate accountability of task & proactive approach
throughout

· Healthcare or Surgical products knowledge will be an added advantage

· Basic level awareness of AS400/SAP will be an added advantage

· Ability to extract, analyze and report on data required

· Basic MS-Excel Skills

Some of the responsibilities are:





· Handle functional tasks such as processing Kit (SPT/Dynacor),
scheduling them within the manufacturing ERP system (AS400) and draft them in
design tool (Pack draw) on Daily basis.

· Process Electronic Change Notices (ECNs) and Operational Change
Notices (OCNs) for the SPT and Dynacor divisions.

· Demonstrate understanding of component setup data, execute ECN/OCN
bulk requests, and provide support for Master Data Management (MDM) mailboxes.
Handle ad hoc requests from the MDM team as needed.

· Actively participate in discussions with U.S. stakeholders, ask
insightful questions, and continuously build domain knowledge to support
seamless task execution.

· Closely manage surgical kit and tray closure requests in accordance
with defined SOPs and within established turnaround times (TATs).

· Ensure accuracy targets are met in line with business standards and
maintain strict adherence to established guidelines.
