The Position
We are looking for an IT Analyst II to drive our company forward, and help us lead the clean energy revolution

How you will make an impact: (Impact you will have at Uplight aka description)
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of Uplight’s company-wide systems to keep Uplighters functional and focused on our mission
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and integrate current tools while also maximizing the functionality of existing solutions.
- Maintaining network health across offices, preparing for backup and disaster recovery
- Serving as a resource for ongoing learning with IT Support team as well as an escalation point as needed
- Partnering with Security on compliance and audit

What you bring to Uplight: (Experience)
- 5+ years IT experience in a corporate office environment,



plus experience in system administration in at least one system
- Degree in a technical field, boot camp or multiple certifications (Cisco/Meraki CCNA, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator, JumpCloud Administrator)
- Strong knowledge of IT functional areas and concepts (networks, systems, etc)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Basic scripting skills (bash, powershell, etc)

Bonus points:
- Familiarity with Torii, FreshService, Atlassian, AWS, and Github is a plus

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
