Job Description

We’re looking for a seasoned Design Manager to lead the growing design team in our Bangalore office. To begin with, this is a player-coach role. You will be mentoring and coaching the product designers to excel at their craft, help elevate the design maturity across product pods, and have hands-on design responsibility on strategic design projects. You will report to the Head of Design in California.

What You'll Do
- As the senior most design leader in our Bangalore office, represent design at the highest level, manage a team of 3 product designers, and help scale and grow the team
