We are investing heavily in our in-house analytics capabilities, including state-of-the-art Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), to better understand the drivers of growth and optimize investment decisions globally.
We are looking for a Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) Analyst to support the APJ region across Print, Personal Systems, and Supplies (China, India, Japan, and Australia).
This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics and business decision-making. You will be responsible for translating model outputs into clear,



actionable recommendations and partnering with regional marketing and category teams to influence investment decisions.
You will operate across diverse and complex markets, requiring strong analytical capability, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
MMM Deployment & Interpretation
- Own the interpretation and application of Marketing Mix Models (MMM), translating model outputs into explicit, actionable business recommendations.
- Bridge the gap between data science and business teams to ensure insights are understood and used effectively.

Decision Influence
- Partner with marketing and category leaders across APJ to shape budget allocation, media strategy, and investment decisions.
