We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant / Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling payables and receivables, processing payroll, and supporting financial reporting and budgeting activities.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 5:30 PM till 1:30 AM IST

Location: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.

Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.

Process invoices, payments, and track expenses efficiently.

Prepare and process payroll, including all related financial calculations (ADP experience preferred).

Monitor and maintain internal tracking of expenses, budgets, and project-related costs.

Generate basic financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.

Assist with additional reporting, financial analysis, and other accounting-related tasks as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).

Prior experience in accounting, financial management, or similar roles (preferred).

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and payroll systems (ADP preferred).
