Major Responsibility : Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
Key Responsibility :
- End to End recruitment profile
- Handling recruitment portfolio for Store / Non Store hiring through Job Portals, Placement
Consultants, Campus Placement, Employee Referrals, Walk-in’s Head hunting & company database.
- Partnering with operations teams to establish manpower requirements.
- Salary fitment , Salary Negotiation based on competitors
- Completing all formalities relating to recent joining activity like Employee Code , Idcard , Visiting Card,
Mediclaim Card
- Processing recruitment action through Company Portal
- Handling the Employee Grievances
- All recruitment related MIS, new joining trackers, source mix etc.
Preparing and conducting employee induction programs.
