The Education Counselor role encompasses a dynamic combination of educational guidance and sales expertise. This position revolves around helping prospective students navigate educational options and programs while also effectively promoting and enrolling them in suitable courses. A Counselor serves as a bridge between academic aspirations and practical enrollment decisions, contributing significantly to both student success and organizational growth.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Conversation with High-intent leads
- Meeting Weekly and monthly Targets
- Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
- Collaborate with prospective students and their families to provide guidance and support
- throughout the admissions process.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students, addressing their questions,
- concerns, and goals.
- Collaborate with academic departments and faculty members to facilitate the admissions
- process and provide accurate information to students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-4 years of progressive experience
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Ability to work in a fast-moving workplace.
- Should be confident and a fast learner
- Smart enough to gauge customer requirement
