The Data Entry Manager (India based) will lead and oversee the data entry team, ensuring accurate and timely input of employee and payroll-related data into internal systems. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, strong organizational skills,



and a commitment to secure handling of confidential information.
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Data Entry Specialists, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards
- Develop and implement data entry protocols and best practices aligned with Netchex’s operational goals
- Monitor data accuracy and completeness across systems and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (Payroll, IT, Product) to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates
- Manage timelines and deliverables for data-related projects
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards
- Create documentation and training materials to support onboarding and continuous improvement

What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience in data entry or data operations, should have led or managed a team for at least 1 year
- Robust understanding of payroll systems and employee data management
