Airstriprealtech is a leading airport services company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Passenger Assistance Staff.
As an Airport Passenger Assistance Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes, as well as providing information and guidance on airport procedures and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome passengers at the airport terminal
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding processes
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding airport facilities, flight schedules, and boarding procedures
- Handle special requests and inquiries from passengers, such as wheelchair assistance or special dietary needs
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following airport regulations and procedures
- Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
- Previous experience in the airline or hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is a bonus
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
