About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically robust Product Owner who can drive product vision, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and lead the successful delivery of SaaS/Enterprise technology products. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of contact between all business departments and the technology team, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions while driving execution from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with all departmental heads to understand their business processes, identify technology requirements, and convert them into actionable product initiatives.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and the technology team.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility,



and customer value.
- Lead and coordinate with engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and other technical teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Allocate work to the technology team in collaboration with engineering leads, monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely execution.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Ensure solutions are technically scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Track product performance, user adoption, and continuously improve the product using data-driven insights.
