Initially, the role will offer 10 flexible hours per week, with the potential to expand as projects evolve.
Responsibilities:
- Clay Workflow Development: Develop and manage advanced workflows within Clay.com for CRM enrichment, lead scoring, and targeted lead generation aligned with client business goals.
- Integration and Automation: Expertly integrate Clay.com into marketing, sales,
and customer success workflows, leveraging automation to streamline processes.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct thorough data analysis using Clay’s tools, interpreting enriched data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and increase revenue.
- Optimization & Improvement: Continuously monitor and optimize operational workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Training & Support: Train and support internal and client teams on effectively utilizing Clay.com, ensuring maximum value and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting & Customization: Address and resolve technical challenges, customize workflows to client-specific business needs, and proactively suggest solutions.
- Market & Industry Trends: Stay updated with Clay.com’s latest features, RevOps best practices, and emerging industry trends to recommend and implement innovative strategies.
