Prepare, Implement, and Monitor strategies & policies for achieving targeted sales, TP, and improve International presence on a sustainable basis. Strategically Market mattresses and PU Foam/ Industrial Products in the international markets by identifying customers and their needs

Key Activities:-
- Prepare a sales plan and ensure that the sales team achieves the set RCV & TP targets of Export Sales.
- Create schemes/incentives / discount structures for International Customers.
- Identify and increase sales of High TP products.
- Focus on improving Low TP Products.
- Prospect & identify opportunities and convert them into business.
- Analyze and monitor the current global markets and prepare a business plan to identify and develop new sales opportunities for export.
- Actively follow current industry trends, market, and competitors’ activities and use them to rationalize product portfolio & new product development.
- Negotiate shippers, agents, etc to ensure smooth supply of material upon
- customer’s port.

- Ensure Global presence in Social Media and portals.
