You will be primarily responsible for in the Talent Acquisition activities.
- Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and short listing of qualified candidates for various technical roles, interview co-ordination etc.
- Preferred experience- 1-3 years’ experience in IT Recruitment and exposure with Job boards & portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Should have basic computer knowledge and a fair understanding of IT requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Candidate documentation formalities, verification
- Involve in any other assigned HR Operations activities.
Position type:
- Remote working position for the time being.
- Should be comfortable working at our Bangalore office after the pandemic.
