We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented VMC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both 3-axis and 5-axis Vertical Machining Centres (VMCs), with a strong ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints. This role involves ensuring the efficient and accurate production of metal parts while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :
- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce metal parts that meet precise specifications.
- Material Handling: Efficiently load and unload materials onto and from the machines, ensuring proper handling and setup.
- Setup & Adjustment: Set up and adjust machine tools and equipment as necessary to maintain smooth production processes.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.
- Process Management: Ensure the production process runs smoothly, promptly addressing any issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area,



adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Compliance: Follow established safety and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality output.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a VMC Operator 3axis & 5axis.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints
- Ability to operate and program VMC machines
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic computer skills
- Diploma/ITI with 2-3 years’ experience is preferred

Skills Required:
- Proficiency in VMC Operation: Demonstrated expertise in operating both 3-axis and 5-axis VMC machines.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to accurately interpret engineering blueprints for effective machine setup and operation.
