Role description:
Collecting information and managing activities required to achieve compliance with BIM processes
GEC Team - co-ordinating all activities required to produce BIM deliverables, e.g. upskilling, new developments etc
Project Managers, BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators, BIM Modellers, Project Managers and external partners as well as the clients information managers
Project Managers - engaging to collect information and provide reports and analysis to support delivery
Business Unit Directors - assisting with the development of BIM delivery arrangements in line with BIM strategy
Responsible for the implementation, management and delivery of BIM at a Business Unit Level including the line management and technical management of BIM resources
In a practitioner capacity, is responsible for managing technical aspects of BIM production for major projects
Apply the BIM processes and are capable of establishing and implementing a BIM Execution Plan (objectives, requirements and conditions) and a delivery strategy in conjunction with a client and delivery team
Role accountabilities:
- Promote SHE valuable practice within team
- Work in collaboration with other design disciplines applying BIM solutions to ensure the integrity of the overall design
- Maintain strong working relationship with aligned Arcadis Global resources and ensures that local staff work effectively with Global Design colleagues
- Develop and maintain a good understanding
