Role Overview

As JazzX’s Mortgage Loan Processing SME, you will be the single-domain authority for U.S. residential mortgage loan processing across product, engineering,



and operations. You will own how processing workflows — file setup, document collection and review, third-party service ordering, condition clearing, and submission to underwriting and closing — are defined, explained, and operationalized into the JazzX Mortgage Application.

This is a hands-on position based in our Bangalore office, working closely with the product and engineering teams. You will process representative loan files, document every step, decision, and exception in detail, and translate that operational knowledge into product requirements, decision rules, test cases, and validation programs for AI-assisted processing.
