- Technical knowledge on any one category viz. Small Domestics Appliances, Water Purifier and Consumer Durables
- Designing of Training Calendar/Agenda and proper execution
- Ensure elements of Training Program and proper co-ordination with Service Centre Engineer, Branches and Plants
- Co-ordination with Local Trainer and Direct Service Engineers
- Preparation and participation under Train the Trainer program
- Familiar with Local Markets
- Expert in Training Need Identification
