- A skilled Continual Improvement Engineer to drive process optimization and operational excellence across the organization and utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality management tools to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and sustain best practices, supporting Syensqo mission of scientific exploration and breakthrough advancement.

- Project Management: Lead and support improvement projects from conception through implementation,

- Data Collection & Analysis:Gather and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement using statistical tools.
- Training & Coaching: Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement activities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process changes, project progress, and outcomes.
