A leading Non Governmental Organization involved in Energy Efficiency Ratings and Green Ratings is looking for a Cluster Engineer on 24 months contract with Extension based at Pune.

Key Skills Required – Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will have 3 – 7 years of experience in industrial energy efficiency (audit, rating or advisory) in the MSME sector with BE / B Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering with the following desirable skills:
- BEE / Energy Efficiency Auditor Certification is preferable
- Forging Sector is desirable not mandatory.
- Fluency in the local language - Tamil is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Nature Of Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare technology compendium with cost benefit analysis for the sector.
- Create market for EE and RE technologies in the cluster.
- Seek Expression of Interests from the units for implementation of selected EE/RE technologies.
- Coordination with SME units for effective implementations of identified projects.




- Facilitate implementation of support to the enterprises by involving local service providers and technology suppliers.
- Develop case studies on successfully implemented projects.
- Submission of quarterly project progress reports.
- Capacity building activities. Train shop floor personnel, plant supervisors and other stakeholders during implementation support and field visits.
- Meetings/visits/any other cluster level assignments related to the cluster.
- Liaison with the local associations and agencies like department of industries, other government & financial institutions.
- Organize awareness programs and workshops in the cluster.

Other Skills:
- Self-motivated and able to work well with other functions and teams
- Work with multiple organizations simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
