We are hiring an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator with hands-on experience in operating CNC Press Brakes, specifically Amada and Hindustan Hydraulics machines. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of machine setup, bending operations, and quality checks in sheet metal fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and bend instructions.
- Set up and calibrate CNC press brakes (Amada, Hindustan Hydraulics).
- Monitor machine operation to ensure precision and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience operating CNC press brakes.
- Familiarity with Amada and Hindustan Hydraulics machines is mandatory.
- Ability to read technical drawings and bend programs.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Team player with a disciplined approach to work.
