Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director – Implementation to lead the end-to-end product implementation function for our Patient Access (PA)
and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) products. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth client onboarding, delivering implementations on time and with high quality, and building scalable processes to increase implementation capacity. The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in healthcare technology and SaaS implementations, proven leadership experience, and a track record of driving operational excellence in client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Product Implementation function ensuring timely client onboarding.
- Own the end-to-end implementation process, from requirements gathering through go-live, including process design and execution.
