Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple domains.
- Act as the primary client-facing liaison, ensuring clear communication and robust relationships.
- Drive Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct operations analysis to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Skill Requirements
- Strong expertise in Agile project management frameworks.
- Proven ability in client coordination and stakeholder management.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in operations analysis and process optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana)
- Scrum master certified to manage project and client relationships
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 11+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/operations.
- PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications are a strong plus.
