- Medical RCM Back-End Operations Leader
- Sr. Director
- Must have managed a min of 500+ resources in back-end processes (AR and Payment Posting)
- Physican experience preferred, but hospital OK
- Multi-client (ideally over 100) and multi-specialty experience
- Should be based out of Mumbai
- Experienced operator at scale with transparent automation examples within their portfolio
Responsibilities
To handle complete operations for backend.
Ensure to meet client expectations
Maintain attrition, and shrinkage
