Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge technology solutions. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for our Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Analytics, Automation, Application Development, and Staff Augmentation services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of these technologies, a proven track record in consultative selling to enterprise clients, and exceptional leadership skills to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for ECM, Analytics, Automation, App Development, and Staff Augmentation services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industry verticals.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.




- Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture solid, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at enterprise clients.
- Understand client business needs and challenges to propose tailored solutions that deliver value.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless delivery and alignment of sales efforts.
- Provide valuable market feedback to inform product strategy and development.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns.
