Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 12–20 years of experience in real estate and/or hospitality finance.
- Solid expertise in taxation, treasury, project finance, and hotel operations.
- Proven track record in multi-entity, multi-location businesses.
Key Skills
- Deep knowledge of accounting & tax (GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA).
- Financial modelling and analytical expertise.
- Strong cash flow management and treasury skills.
- Leadership and stakeholder management.
