1) Job Purpose:

To provide centralized coordination, project monitoring, MIS reporting, stakeholder management, and commercial support for land acquisition activities across renewable energy projects by acting as a bridge between regional land teams, external agencies, consultants, and senior management.

2) Job Context & Major Challenges:

Operating from the corporate office, the role is responsible for driving coordination between multiple regional land acquisition teams, consultants, legal advisors, government agencies, and project stakeholders across
different states.
Key challenges include managing multiple project timelines simultaneously,



ensuring timely flow of information from field teams, tracking statutory approvals, supporting commercial negotiations, maintaining
- project documentation, and providing accurate MIS and management reports for decision-making.
- The role requires a highly agile individual capable of handling cross-functional coordination, managing
- competing priorities, and working effectively in a fast-paced renewable energy setting.
