Role and Responsibilities
- Leading and managing statutory audits for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients
including MNCâÃÃs, growing businesses, exciting start-ups, etc.
- Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting
standards, laws, and regulations.
- Managing and mentoring a team of young audit executives ensuring timely completion of audit assignments.
- Providing practical advice on accounting, tax, and compliance matters to clients.
- Liaising with clients to understand and address key technical accounting matters
- Preparation of audit reports and presentations for various stakeholders
- Corporate Tax audits
Qualifications:
- CA with 1-4 years core stat audit experience
Skills:
- Audit experience of Indian companies (not overseas / process audits)
- Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, auditing standards, audit documentation. IndAS exposure would be a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Proficiency in audit software, would be a plus
