Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and agile Asst. Vice President – Marketing for our Foundry Division to drive strategic marketing initiatives, business growth, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in marketing and business development within the foundry or metal casting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Business Development:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share in the foundry industry.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Lead product positioning, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis to drive revenue growth.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to formulate customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Branding & Digital Marketing:
- Oversee brand management, advertising, and promotional activities for the foundry division.
- Leverage digital marketing tools, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand presence.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
