Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and AI-based applications using Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework.
- Create interactive, responsive, and performant UIs using front-end stacks such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features effectively.
- Develop and manage RESTful APIs and optionally GraphQL APIs for advanced features.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and software engineering principles.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack environment.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines incorporating tools like Docker, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Participate in the product development lifecycle and contribute to the roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Integrate AI/ML models and tools into CRM systems and business applications, ensuring secure and efficient workflows.




- Focus on security and privacy for sensitive data handling within AI workflows.
- Introduce AI agentic tools and APIs into technology workflows relevant to CRM and recruitment tech.

Qualifications
- 6-8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proven expertise in backend and frontend technologies, including Python, Django, Django ORM, and Django Rest Framework.
- Solid working knowledge in modern front-end stacks such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with integrating and deploying AI functionalities into applications.
- Experience with containerized deployment using Docker, AWS, and Kubernetes platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to produce transparent, testable, and maintainable code.
- Robust collaboration skills for teamwork across technical and non-technical domains.
- Prior exposure to CRM systems and development processes in recruitment technology is advantageous.
