Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager – Strategy Analytics to lead analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring robust technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in building scalable reporting solutions and automation frameworks. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of analytics, reporting, and automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting systems to support business strategy.
- Drive automation initiatives using Python-based tools or web-based reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Manage data workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights.
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI,



Power Apps, Power Automate) to build impactful business applications.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes through data-driven insights and automation.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and automation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python-based automation and/or web reporting solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
