Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Data/Business Analyst with a robust background in marketing analytics to join our team. In this role, you will analyze marketing data, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making processes. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to drive growth and optimize marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various marketing channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, web analytics) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and more.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, segmentation, and cohort analysis, to identify opportunities for optimization.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and finance, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Utilize statistical and predictive modeling techniques to forecast marketing outcomes and guide budget allocation.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring that insights are clearly communicated and actionable.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies in marketing analytics to continually improve the analytics function.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role, preferably in marketing analytics in Pharma and Healthcare Domain .
