What you will do:
- System Administration & Configuration: Configure ERP solutions, maintain ERP modules and functionality to meet business needs.
- Functional Expertise: Act as the primary SME for specific ERP modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE etc.), CRM tools (SFDC), translating operational requirements into system requirements.
- Process Optimization: Analyze "As-Is" processes, design "To-Be" solutions, and lead business process mapping to ensure system alignment with standardized
