Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced TRIRIGA Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that TRIRIGA solutions align with organizational needs and industry best practices. The role requires solid TRIRIGA functional knowledge, business process mapping expertise, and familiarity with integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for TRIRIGA implementations and enhancements.




- 5+ years of experience in the designing the IBM TRIRIGA System leveraging Out of Box as a baseline.
- Map business processes into TRIRIGA functional workflows across multiple modules (Lease Administration, Space Management, Capital Projects, Operations & Maintenance, etc.).
- Prepare functional documentation, user stories, and process flows to guide technical teams. In addition creation of Mock-ups would be required.
- Support TRIRIGA upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Work with technical teams to define and validate integrations using MREF (Maximo Integration Framework), APIs, and web services.
- Participate in UAT, training, and change management activities to ensure user adoption.
- Responsible for developing Test strategy, plan and test cases for System testing.
