Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior AI Program Manager to join our team You’ll manage a talented team of AI Content Specialists, ensuring the delivery of top-notch data for our cutting-edge content creation projects. In this role, you’ll be the key coordinator between departments, balancing multiple exciting projects, and negotiating with clients to bring their visions to life. You’ll drive continuous improvement in our processes, making a tangible impact on the future of AI.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee specific AI projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.




- Coordinate between different departments and act as the point of contact between PMs and Directors/Project Owners.
- Manage the AI Content Specialists team and allocate resources across regions.
- Oversee end-to-end process and project feasibility.
- Raise questions and seek clarification on project scope and customer expectations.
- Report potential blockers and challenges, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Allocate resources efficiently and put together teams to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate risks quickly and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Ensure deliverables meet project goals and customer expectations.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Monitor performance metrics.
- Suggest process improvements and increase efficiency.
