Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet organizational staffing needs.

Source, screen, and interview potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Manage job postings, maintain candidate databases,
and conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers.

Ensure compliance with recruiting best practices and organizational policies.

Prepare and manage onboarding procedures to facilitate seamless integration of new hires.
