Overview:
The role of Testing is crucial within our organization as it is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. Testing plays a pivotal role in identifying and resolving any issues with our software applications, thereby ensuring a seamless customer experience. The incumbent will be part of a energetic team that collaborates with various stakeholders to uphold the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
- Provide timely and meaningful feedback on the software's usability and functionality.
- Monitor debugging process results.
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
- Analyze the specifications to the systems or applications under test.




- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a software tester or similar role.
- Thorough understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Ability to document and track defects in various tracking tools.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Certifications such as ISTQB will be a plus.
