Job Description:

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Head of Sales for our Solar Panel EPC division. As a key member of our leadership team,



you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business development opportunities and secure new contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless project execution.
