- Experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation
- Must be a Lawyer LLB/LLM Registered with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry with a technical background. B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech/Ph. D (Any domain - Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Software, Robotics, AI-ML, Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Medical, Biotechnology). Plus L.L.B./ L.L.M.
- Experience 4 - 10+ years of Patent Law experience.
- This is a full time role with a leading Delhi based IPR Firm at their Chennai Office.
