Role Overview
As a Technical Program Manager within the Google Operations Center (GOC), you will play a pivotal role in supporting engineering teams, program efficiency, and team-oriented execution. You'll organize and prioritize tasks, manage dependencies across various programs, oversee project planning and execution for software development, and keep stakeholders informed through progress reports.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, including defining product goals, priorities, and a roadmap that aligns with Google's business objectives
- Help engineering teams to organize, prioritize and track tasks in a detailed manner as needed to complete project objectives and facilitate team discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, end-users,



to ensure product development and delivery meet quality and timeline requirements.
- Own Stakeholder Management by aligning expectations and translating complex technical trade-offs for non-technical leadership".
- Drive Strategic Roadmapping and Scoping, translating business visions into multi-quarter technical timelines and resource models.
- Exercise Managing Influence to drive strategic alignment and secure buy-in through technical credibility and relationship building".
- Manage dependencies between teams working with other program managers.
- Lead programs to ensure we operate efficiently, such as product launch activities, project reviews, user immersion days, and newsletters.
- Maintain detailed record of Product features (BRD, PRD), status updates and timelines.
- Manage prioritization processes at a team level to establish objectives and key results across Engineering and Product
