Job Overview:
The Engagement Manager (Pharma and Med-device companies) will be responsible for building and managing relationships with pharmaceutical, medical consumables,
and medical device companies to ensure seamless collaboration and drive engagement with Affordplan's Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Pharma and Med-device companies, ensuring long-term engagement and successful partnerships.
- Data-Driven Account Management: Analyse manufacturer performance, develop data-backed use cases, and leverage analytics to improve engagement and transactions.
- Onboarding & Training: Onboard and guide Pharma and Med-device companies through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand Affordplan's platform and maximize its usage while maintaining high platform relevance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product team, Hospital KAMs, and other internal teams to enhance manufacturer engagement and refine platform offerings.
