- Preparing proposal for recent leads for Electrical items like Junction boxes, cable glands, sensors and

electrical trading items.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements.
- Responding to customer technical queries and attending online technical meetings.
- Customer Services by identifying their electrical needs.
- Engage adaptation and application-based selling based on customer RFQ requirements.
- Promotion of products to customers by means of emails.
- Through review of bid documents and bid preparation
- Regular follow-up on submitted bids till receipt of order.
- Preparation of sales report for weekly/monthly and yearly review.
- Consistently provide feedback to the Manager regarding competition, product and/or market needs.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical,



Electronics, Data Communications and/or

Instrumentation) with 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation and/or Data Communication industry relevant to the

position.
- Skilled in preparing proposal as per Industry requirements.
- Sound knowledge of Bartec products like cable glands junction boxes, Weidmuller, Phoenix, Wago, Connectwell, products and their applications.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Aggressive, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player
