Educational Qualification/ Experience

Food Technologist by education with 2-5 years of experience in R&D; in an FMCG company - with research experience in Baby food, Nutraceuticals and Health supplement category.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Research and Development of new products in Baby food, Nutraceuticals and Health supplement category.

· Engage in the entire Product Development Life Cycle.

· Research current and existing product performance for both company and competitor products.

· Support QC/QA team to carry out the Quality analysis of the product at different stages.

· Preparation of samples in coordination with the inventory controller.

· Proficiency in gathering information about relevant ingredients for New Product Development and the techniques used to prepare Finished Goods from them.

· Execution of new product development activities including Formulation Development, Supporting Pilot & Plant Trials, Sensory Evaluation, Technology Transfer, Yield Study, R&D; documentation (Specifications, Label mandatories, etc.) & Finalizing Packaging materials.

· Technology commercialization, claims labelling and Regulations
