Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Facilitate the offer process and negotiate compensation packages

Required Qualifications:
