Requirements for the post of Billing Engineering MEP
- Candidate should be from the Background of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma.
- He Should be worked in interior fitout projects.
- Candidate should be have through knowledge of Electrical & HVAC works.

Roles & Responsibilities.
- Checking the measurements at site
- Quantity take off from the Site & as well as drawings.
- Prepare & Process the Contractor billing through ERP system
- Should have knowledge of Current market rates of material
- Preparing of project cost summary
- Evaluation of variations of the work at site
- Budget tracking of the projects
- Monitoring the reports of Bill Certifications & PO trackers.
- Coordination with Contractors for Commercial closure

Key Skills.
- Proficient with MS Office / MS Excel.
- Auto Cad.
- Excellent communication skills

Requirements for the post of Quantity Surveyor Civil.




- Candidate should be from the Background of Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma.
- He Should be worked in interior fitout projects.
- Minimum 3 to 5 year of experience in the relevant areas of work.

Roles & Responsibilities.
- Evaluation of quantities from the drawing/3D
- Preparation of BOQ’s.
- Rate Analysis
- Budgeting
- He should have the knowledge of current market rates of the materials.
- Variation statement.
- Value engineering.
- Preparing of project cost summary.
- Evaluation of variations of the work at site.
- Budget tracking of the projects.
- Coordination with Contractors for Commercial closure.
