- to lead the team of HK Supervisor, boys and/or ladies.
- To ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and orderly manner with all safety measures.
- To ensure works are performed with zero accidents and zero incidents.
- To study cleaning requirements timely and update observations to In-charges and reporting managers.
- To ensure the assigned duties to the staff are performed so that health standards are met.
- To maintain proper operational records and logs as necessary and as instructed.
- To respond to routine and emergency calls for cleaning activities.
- To maintain stock/inventory trackers.
- Have walk through and observe the abnormalities/complaints and escalate the observed issues.
- To perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
- To train and get trained for specific work related activities.
- To perform duties with high level of Integrity, Commitment and responsibility.
- To abide by company rules and policies.
