We are seeking an O2C Billing Specialist to join our team and take on the responsibility of performing data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in processes and related systems to identify, assess, and resolve issues and problems. They will also be expected to handle non-standard and standard issues or problems, seeking advice and escalating issues when necessary.
Experience: Freshers and 2024 graduates are encouraged to apply.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce
Location: Remote work
Shift: 5:00 pm - 2:30 am
Compensation: $21,000 per annum
