· Agency Recruitment
· Agent Activation
· Agent Productivity
· Agent Engagement Matrix
· To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) locations
· Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
· Handle 6-8 Sales Managers in the region.
· Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
· Driving renewals as per target
