We are hiring a Dispatch Officer in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Dispatch Officer

Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams for seamless logistics operations.

Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of dispatched goods.

Monitor logistics, track shipments, and address any delivery-related issues.

Communicate with customers regarding dispatch status and resolve queries effectively.

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

Optimize dispatch procedures to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Supervise loading and unloading processes to prevent damage or delays.

Generate reports on dispatch operations and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-5 years in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain management.

Education: Graduate or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management (preferred).

Skills: Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.

Knowledge of transportation regulations and warehouse operations.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
